All products we sell require professional installation. Self installation voids the warranty if any. We may require receipt of professional installation/bench Test report to establish it was professionally installed and the issue was with the product and not installation. Most companies provide repair warranty for previous years models and not exchange warranty. If a company provides repair warranty we too shall provide only repair warranty. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning products back for refund or exchange Claims of any sort should be lodged within 24 hours of receipt.
