This is the needed harness when upgrading your halogen style headlights to the GM LED headlights. This harness will work on 24-26 HD's that came with halogen headlights. Harness is plug and play. This harness will allow for the new LED accent strip to be your daytime running light during the day and allow full headlight function at night.
THIS HARNESS IS DESIGNED TO BE RUN IN AUTO MODE. IF YOU MANUALLY TURN YOUR LIGHT SWITCH TO THE PARKING LIGHT MODE, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY LIGHTS ON EXCEPT THE TAILLIGHTS. THIS IS NOT SO, ON A FACTORY EQUIPPED TRUCK, AS THE COMPUTER CONTROLS THAT FEATURE.
