Light Feature

Design

We designed these Ford Super Duty NOVA-series projector headlights based on the 4th gen Super Duty look and apply on the 3rd gen Super Duty. We use our signature 3D Ice-cube projector lens with switchback LED light tube surrounding the light as a DRL and sequential turn signal. Furthermore, we also add a clear lens at the middle of the headlights as an addition turn signal bulbs like the 4th and 5th gen Super Duty. The headlights also comes with activation light feature, which is a running light when you unlock your Super Duty. The top 2 projectors are for low beam, while the bottom 2 projectors are for high beam. The high power LED produces a 6000K light output and an outstanding projection.

Projector Technology

We compose these Ford Super Duty NOVA-series headlights with our patented Ice Cube 3D LED projector. We apply the Osram Oslon black flat LED chip for our projector, and the projection cut-off line is perfect for American LHD regulation.

Feature

These Ford Super Duty NOVA-series projector headlights come with switchback DRL, sequential signal light, and the signature activation light feature, which is a sequential light show when you unlock your car.

Housing

Our Ford Super Duty NOVA-series projector headlights come with chrome, black and Alpha-black housing. The chrome housing gives your truck a stock housing look and match your truck if you have a lot of chrome accessories. On the other hand, the black housing gives your truck a sporty look and easily match with any color truck and front grill. Above all, the Alpha-black housing is our special designed housing that has the glossy look mixed with the black paint with a blackout interior look, and it will give your truck a sporty look.

Lens

Our Ford Super Duty NOVA-series projector headlights are made of polycarbonate plastic lens. We also apply a layer of anti-fog agent on the headlights lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, we also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.

SAE/DOT Compliance

Our Ford Super Duty NOVA-series projector headlights are compliant with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations. Moreover, all our products are certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001 and ISO-9002. Most importantly, we inspect every detail of the lights to make sure we are satisfied and so are our customers.
