Bring the low-end back to your car audio system with the Soundstream BX-15 Digital Bass Reconstruction Processor. Designed for systems where music or the factory radio lacks deep bass response, the BX-15 analyzes bass harmonics and digitally reconstructs low-frequency information to deliver stronger, fuller and more impactful bass to your amplifier and subwoofer system.

Whether you listen to Banda, Regional Mexican, Hip-Hop, Rap, EDM, Rock, Jazz or other bass-heavy music, the BX-15 gives you additional control over the low-frequency signal before it reaches your amplifier.

🔊 RESTORE THE BASS YOUR MUSIC IS MISSING

Some recordings and factory audio systems reduce or roll off low frequencies. Simply turning up amplifier gain doesn't restore information that is missing from the signal.

That's where the Soundstream BX-15 comes in.

Soundstream designed its BX processing to detect bass harmonics and digitally recreate the low-frequency fundamentals responsible for bass punch and impact.

This makes the BX-15 an excellent addition to systems using:

Subwoofers • Monoblock Amplifiers • Factory Radios • Aftermarket Stereos • High-Power Bass Systems • Custom Truck Audio

🎛️ ADJUSTABLE SWEEP CONTROL

The SWEEP adjustment controls the center frequency being enhanced.

Soundstream specifies an adjustment range with the center frequency selectable from approximately 27Hz to 63Hz. This allows the processor to be tuned around the bass frequencies that work best with your music, subwoofer system and enclosure.

Want emphasis on very deep bass? Tune lower.

Want stronger upper-bass impact? Move the center frequency higher.

🎚️ ADJUSTABLE WIDTH / Q CONTROL

The WIDTH control adjusts how broad or narrow the affected frequency range is around the selected center frequency.

A narrower Q concentrates processing closer to your selected frequency, while a wider Q affects a broader range of surrounding bass harmonics.

That means the BX-15 isn't simply an on/off bass booster—you can tune its response to match your particular system.

🎮 DASH-MOUNT REMOTE INCLUDED

You don't have to reach for the processor every time you want to change the bass level.

The Soundstream BX-15 includes a dash-mount remote control, allowing the output level of the bass equalizer to be adjusted from the driver's seat.

This is particularly useful when moving between recordings with very different bass levels.

🔥 13.5-VOLT MAXIMUM OUTPUT

One of the standout specifications of the BX-15 is its strong signal output.

Soundstream's current specifications list a 13.5V output level, while the owner's manual specifies a maximum input level of 15V RMS and maximum output of 13.5V peak.

That gives the processor plenty of signal capability for serious aftermarket amplifier systems.

🔉 PARAMETRIC BASS CONTROL

The BX-15 combines its bass reconstruction technology with parametric bass control, allowing more precise adjustment of the bass response than a basic fixed-frequency bass boost.

Soundstream also equips the unit with:

PFM Subsonic Filter • Balanced Inputs • Bass Output Control • PWM High-Headroom Power Supply.

🚘 GREAT UPGRADE FOR FACTORY RADIO BASS

The BX-15 can be particularly useful in a system where the source material or factory audio system doesn't deliver the low-frequency response you want.

Soundstream specifically promotes its digital reconstruction technology for factory radios and music where bass response is lacking.

For a properly designed aftermarket subwoofer system, adding bass reconstruction before the amplifier gives the installer another level of signal control.
