🔊 22mm Xmax – Built to Move Air
Power is only part of what makes a subwoofer loud.
The SA v.3 provides approximately 22mm of one-way linear Xmax, allowing the cone to move a significant amount of air while remaining controlled.
Sundown also designed the SA v.3 with approximately 40mm of one-way mechanical excursion (Xmech).
That combination gives the SA v.3 the excursion capability needed to produce the deep, hard-hitting bass Sundown Audio is known for.
⚡ Upgraded 2.75" Voice Coil
The SA-Series v.3 uses a 2.75-inch aluminum voice coil former designed for excellent heat dissipation.
Sundown retained the proven 2.75" coil diameter from the previous generation while increasing the coil length to provide additional linear excursion.
